Return & Refund Policy

At Alam Emirates, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and free gifts (if any).

  • You provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

  • The item is eligible for return under this policy.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Items Eligible for Return

Most products in the following categories can be returned if they meet the conditions above:

  • Toys & Games

  • Home & Kitchen Products

  • Tabletop & Dining Accessories

  • Car Accessories


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, installed, or altered.

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products.

  • Consumable items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products with broken factory seals or missing original packaging.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items unless defective.

  • Gift cards or digital products.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging.

  • A short description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.


5. Change of Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product:

  • Has not been used.

  • Is unopened where applicable.

  • Is in its original packaging.

  • Includes all accessories and documentation.

The customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.


6. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through an agreed alternative payment method after verification.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our customer support team within the eligible reporting period.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may submit a return request after receiving the order if it qualifies under this policy.


9. Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs where appropriate.

Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization.


10. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused upon delivery or cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information, applicable delivery and return handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.


11. Refund Denial

A refund or return request may be declined if:

  • The request is submitted after the eligible return period.

  • The item has been used, damaged, washed, assembled, or modified by the customer.

  • Original packaging, accessories, or parts are missing.

  • The product falls under the list of non-returnable items.

  • The issue resulted from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund, replacement, or exchange. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates.
